Has anyone taken a course that measurably tightened conflict resolution and number handling in a live feed? I completed a 90-minute NCRA Realtime Coach module on stacking and auto-briefs last Friday — useful drills, but I still see drops on 260 wpm cross; looking for CE that yields immediate, court-ready gains in translation accuracy and turnaround…
Fastest bump for me was Stenograph’s Case CATalyst Numbers & Conflicts webinar; one change — force all multi-stroke numerals to digits and build a dedicated brief family for phone/SSN with auto-hyphen macros — tightened my realtime and cut drops on 260 cross the next week. If you’re on Eclipse, the Advantage Software numbers/conflicts session hits the same notes; either way, ‘lock your numbers down to one theory’ — like picking a lane and staying in it — and purge duplicate homophones first. https://www.stenograph.com/catalyst-academy — what CAT are you on?
, I feel you on those drops — nothing’s more frustrating than working on your speed only to see chunks gone in real time… I found that focusing on one conflict at a time, like with numbers, has helped a bit; have you tried working on dedicated briefs for those trouble spots? @jennifler72’s suggestion about dedicating a brief family is definitely worth considering too.
