Tools for Managing High-Volume Trials

I’ve recently tackled a few high-volume trials, and I’ve found using digital notepads in conjunction with my stenography machine has been a game changer. It helps me keep track of notes and manage the flow of information during fast-paced sessions. I’d love to hear what tools or methods others find useful for staying organized in similar environments.

And , I totally get the struggle with high-volume trials! I’ve found using color-coded folders for each case helps me stay organized — especially when I’m switching gears between them during long days. It might feel old school, but it cuts down on my stress during those fast-paced moments.

I swear by voice recognition software for real-time captions! It’s a lifesaver when I’m juggling numerous transcripts. Have you tried it yet?

Have you ever tried a digital whiteboard for quick visualization during trials? It’s been super helpful for me in organizing thoughts on-the-fly, especially when I’m reading through multiple transcripts. @b_jensen22, it might complement your voice recognition tool nicely.
